Basic Creative Services
With Basic Creative Service, you know exactly what you want and AmazingMail does the production for you. You provide your photos, a headline and final text for the message section of your postcard. You submit all artwork (i.e. images and logos), a write-up of the postcard text message, and instructions on content layout. To ensure good print quality, the images submitted should be high resolution (at least 300 dpi). Typical turnaround for a production postcard design is two business days.
Production design includes:
- Adding text to your image
- Sizing image correctly
- Layout and design with images and content provided by the client
Production design does not include:
- Logo design
- Graphic illustrations
- Design concepts
- Photo re-touching or image manipulation
- Developing marketing concepts, catch phrases, slogans etc.
- Searching for images or graphics to be used in the design
Service charge: $100/hour (minimum charge of $25) This includes two revisions. Additional revisions are charged by the hour in 15 minute increments.
Comprehensive Design
You have an idea of what you want for your design, but you need photos and creative direction - you need Comprehensive Design. Your Account Executive and our creative team will work with you to best portray your company's image and headline message (postcard text message to be provided by you). An initial consultation establishes creative direction. After developing a draft for your review, the designers make requested revisions before generating a final proof. Upon your approval, the postcard printing begins. Typical turnaround for a comprehensive postcard design is five business days plus one day for final proof approval.
Comprehensive Design includes:
- Conceptual development
- Photo re-touching or image manipulation
- Image/graphic searches
Comprehensive Design does not include:
- Logo design
- Graphic illustrations
- Catch phrase and slogan development
Variable Data Templates
AmazingMail offers variable data fields on all of our listed products. A variable data template will be created for those clients that require a custom product. This custom variable data template customizes each postcard in a large mailing with recipient-specific information selected from a database. There is a charge of $250 to create variable data fields on any of our existing products
- Up to three different variable fields
- Variable fields can be placed multiple times on the card
- Variable fields are data driven only
- Variable fields can be placed at angles only in increments of 90 degrees
Custom Templates and Custom Size Mailers
Need a direct mail piece that is not listed in our current formats list? We can custom design a template to meet your business needs. Creation of a template that requires a size not found in our current format line is $500.00.
- Price includes the addition of up to three variable fields
- All templates with varying address layouts must comply and test with USPS
- Size of template can affect the postage rate
