What size is the postcard?
Three formats are currently available: 4.25" (Classic) x 6"; 5.5" x 8.5" (Standard); and 5.5" x 11.5" (Jumbo). The 4.25" x 6" postcard has a uniform 1/4 inch margin on all sides. All other products are "full bleed."
What paper is the postcard made of?
AmazingMail postcards are made of thick, high quality cover stock paper. The postcard is laminated on both sides which prevents damage to the image and creates vibrancy of color. The final printed postcard is equivalent to 110 lb paper.
How do I print the postcard?
Click "Send" and AmazingMail automatically prints and mails the postcard on the next business day.
What are the barcodes for?
The barcodes are a machine readable version of the ZIP Code. They help speed up mail sorting and delivery.
Can I send a postcard to/from a foreign country?
You can send postcards from anywhere in the world provided you have credits in your account or a major credit card issued from a United States bank.
How do I use a picture saved on my computer?
AmazingMail allows you to upload your own images to create postcards. The "Browse" button designates a place for you to upload your image.
Whose return address is used on the postcard?
Each account can have multiple return addresses. When you sign up, we take the first return address you enter and set it as the default. At any time, you may add a new return address or edit the existing one.
How do I change my return address?
After logging into your AmazingMail account, click "Account Information" and choose the link "Manage Return Addresses." The system allows you to maintain multiple return addresses.
Can I change my return address after I have created a mailing?
Yes you can. Please note that this will not affect the mailing you just created, only future mailings.
Can I merge data from my address book into my message?
Yes. This capability is called Message Merge. Read the Message Merge tutorial on how to transfer data from your address book to your message.
Which special characters can I use in my message?
You can use any of the following special characters. If you attempt to use a character that is not displayed here, you will be notified before continuing.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Are my credit card transactions secure?
We use the Internet security standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt all credit card transactions.
