Mailing Services
As a matter of course, AmazingMail is committed to mailing for you the next business day. Only with a few exceptions for holidays, Standard Mailings or special processing do we not meet this objective. This quick turn time in production allows for you to choose First-class or Standard postage rates, depending on your postal service-level needs.
First-Class Mail
Often the best choice for less than 200 pieces in a campaign. Delivery times can be as quick as 1-2 days and rarely over 3-4 days coast-to-coast. Additionally, the post office provides forwarding and return privileges at this service-level. This means your mail piece will be delivered, forwarded to a new address, or returned to you for further consideration and database updating.
Standard Mail (aka. Bulk Mail)
Sometimes the more cost-effective choice for mailings exceeding 200 pieces. Delivery times vary by postal region but overall have vastly improved in recent years. Standard Mail transit times can sometimes rival first-class speeds. If you have flexibility on the ‘in-home’ delivery window, Standard Mail postage can provide significant savings and free up resources for larger mail quantities or more frequent campaigns.

Non-Profit Mailings
Authorized non-profit organizations are eligible to mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS) at reduced postal rates. In general, to qualify for the reduced rate, an organization must be a nonprofit serving a mission that may fall into one of the many non-profit categories determined by USPS: Agricultural, Educational, Fraternal, Philanthropic, Religious, Scientific, Veterans, and Others - See the USPS rulings for details.
Drop Shipments
